Hi, I'm Gohar! I’m a bilingual English-Farsi teacher and interpreter who's working as a freelancer online. I have a Cert. IV in TESOL and an MA in English Translation. Since 2008, I have been designing and delivering language courses and educational counseling to language learners and teachers in Iran, Australia, and online.
I design and deliver customized course materials, assignments, and assessments for various subjects and CEFR levels. I specialize in teaching English for careers (ESP) and IELTS exam preparation courses. I also provide education and career consultation to immigrant families and applied linguistics professionals.
As a freelance translator, editor, and interpreter, I have worked in various publication mediums and settings. I have handled topics such as news, legal, STEM, commerce, correspondence, education, literature, theology, localization, subtitling, and multimedia.
